Pituitary adenoma is one of the most common neuroendocrine tumors. According to statistics, the incidence of pituitary adenoma is about 16.7%. With the development of medical diagnosis, the incidence of pituitary adenoma is increasing. According to the different manifestations of pituitary adenoma, it can be divided into prolactin type(PRL type), growth hormone type(GH type), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH type) and adrenocorticotropic hormone type (ACTH type). Among them, prolactin-type pituitary adenoma is about 32%-66%, growth hormone-type pituitary adenoma is about 8%-16%, 2%-6% ACTH adenoma and 1% TSH adenoma.
