摘要：

<正>腭裂是口腔颌面部常见的先天性畸形之一,据有关文献报道腭裂术后获得正常发音功能在50%～80%,可见腭裂术后仍有相当一部分患者存在不同程度的语音缺陷。本课题组自1996年1月至1997年9月对47例腭裂病员的语图表现及相关因素研究。典型语图表现：辅残24例,占51．46%,峰残7例,占14．80%,鼻化16例,占34．04%,浊化12例,占 25．55%,噪音化5例,占10．64%,喉化5例,占10．64%,移位16例,占34．04%,并按主客观二个方面评判标准,分优、中、
